Paolo Quattrone was invited to present his research on rethinking the genealogy of accounting and calculative practices. Paolo presented two papers at the Calculating Capitalism conference as well as the 'Let's calculate!' Workshop.
Professor Paolo Quattrone was invited to present his research on rethinking the genealogy of accounting and calculative practices.
Paolo presented his paper Unfolding rationality: Visual memory, performative accounting and Order at the Calculating Capitalism conference, at the Heyman Center for the Humanities, Columbia ().
He also presented his paper Operationalising doubt: accounting, inventory and invention at the “Let’s calculate!” Workshop, organised by Bruno Latour at Science-Po Paris.
Both of these papers link in to Paolo's Human-Business at Edinburgh initiative.
