Research Summary
My research interests include consumer behavior in consumption environments mediated by emerging technologies (e.g. virtual spaces, gaming, and etc.). Specifically, I am interested in the topics of (1) zero-pricing effect; (2) algorithmic biases; (3) virtual goods. I am predominantly using quantitative methods with experimental designs.
Before joining the business school, I worked with leading ICT and consultancy firms on ongoing projects.
