Research Summary

My research focuses on how business school education is contributing to the (re)production of economic inequality. With exacerbating inequalities leading to concentration of power at the top, reducing social mobilities and harming societal wellbeing, it is key to improve our understanding of how those inequalities are created and maintained.

My goal is to analyse how and why business schools contribute to that process, while taking into account the institutional constraints business schools are confronted with.
