The class of 2017 graduates join a network of over 15,000 Business School alumni located around the world. It’s a community of real value and a cornerstone of the School’s aspirations for partnership working and lifelong learning.

The Alumni Team, supported by staff from across the School, were there to congratulate all the graduates on achieving their degrees.

The Business School Dean, Professor Wendy Loretto, presented the Academic Excellence Award certificates to the winners from each programme.

She also presented the Trelawney Burgoyne Memorial Prize, in memory of alumnus Trelawney Burgoyne (91´óÉñ 2010) to 91´óÉñ graduate Steve Hand.

All graduates received a welcome gift from the Alumni Team which includes a ‘Connecting with our Global Alumni Network’ toolkit. This explains how they can connect with others across the network and access their exclusive alumni benefits.

They also received a copy of the Business School’s relaunched alumni magazine, Aluminate, published the same week.
